Slideshow Attributes
Name
This is the name that displays in the Slideshow bank or in the pull-down menu when placing a slideshow in a page. Resize
You can resize your slideshow images by either entering a percentage or a fixed width and height. If you enter a percentage, all images will be resized by the percentage entered. If you enter a fixed width and/or height, this overrides the percentage resize and all images will be displayed with the values entered. If you enter a width but do not add a height attribute, the image height will be based on the original image size. Likewise, if you enter a height but not a width, the width will be based on the original image size. Return to top Border
Type a number in this field to add a border around your slideshow images. The width of the border is determined by the number entered. Enter "1" for a single pixel border, "2" for a two pixel border, etc. Controls
Each slideshow has three control buttons: an arrow to go one slide back, an arrow to go one slide forward, and a button to return to the first slide. Here, you decide where you want the controls to display. Choose either Bottom or Top, and then pick either Left, Center, or Right. Caption
This option lets you decide where to display the image captions. Choose either Bottom or Top, and then pick either Left, Center, or Right. See the "Slideshow images" section for more information about image captions. Return to top Default URL
The URL you enter here will be the default address to which clicking on an image in this slideshow will send the viewer. You can also give each slideshow image a unique target as you edit the slideshow, but this item is useful if more than one image will lead to the same place when clicked. You can also choose if you want links to open in a new window or not. See the "Slideshow images" section for more information about target URLs. Return to top When you have the attributes as you want, click Create slideshow to add images. Update attributes
After you have created a slideshow, you have the option to: Update Slideshow and Delete slideshow. Remember to click the Update Slideshow button any time you make changes to the slideshow attributes. If you click Delete slideshow, a standard confirmation dialog will display to verify you want to delete the current slideshow. Exit the slideshow editor
