A form displays a series of inputs in which viewers can enter pieces of information that you request. The information a viewer submits via a form is emailed to an email address of your choice in an easy-to-read format. Forms have many potential uses. For example, soliciting viewer comments, registering for special events, and gathering mailing and email addresses to send out company news and information. The Form bank
The Form bank lets you see and access any forms you may have created for your Web site. You can access it by clicking Form bank on the Site manager navigation bar. You can sort any of the lists by clicking on the heading for the trait you want to sort by  date of last update, name, title, or assigned page. Click the form title to open the form in the Form editor. Click the forms assigned page to open the page in the Page editor. Deleting a form To delete a form, click Delete beside the form name in the Form bank. A dialog is displayed requiring confirmation that you want to delete the selected form. If you want to continue with the delete action, click OK to return to the Form bank with the selected form removed. If you do not want to continue with the delete action, click Cancel to return to the Form bank no changes. Creating a new form
To create a new form, click Create new form underneath the Site manager navigation bar in the Form bank. This displays the Form editor window in which you assign attributes to the form and add fields for collecting information. Select menu items to the left for more information about these items.
